    hey, here's another bug report. still the same camera viewpoint bug i've been reporting to you for about a month now. Can't finish a single game. So, i used to play competitively (couple hours a day), now i boot up like once a week just to make sure you haven't fixed anything (i'm never surprised, it's always broken this year). idk, if you realize you're losing money for this yet, but if you fixed the client, i'd start doing business with you again, if you care... arena is borked, moto is a bad investment, and that leaves me with fnm, so guess i'm just going to be a casual now. making sure arena runs should be mission critical to you, but you're ignoring that the client doesn't work, while you add new pay schemes to it... it's really dumb.

    the thing i like the most about being timed out all the time is that the other players often choose to clown you with the emotes, like they're just big braining the holy **** out of you. fun times. bug immediately showed itself after update. see you later, i'm going to the park.

    my interest in your game has fallen off dramatically, but i jumped on this morning to make sure you hadn't made an update. sure enough, i was right. here's your bug log for today. same error being recorded as every other day for the last four months. would be cool if you ever addressed it, but i'm pretty sure you won't. why don't you just announce you're dropping mac as a platform? i run into people online that definitely are suffering the same issues. i'd rather you just drop the platform than have me log in for 6 months of it being unplayable and me finally giving up. would have saved me heaps of time.

    here's your bug log for today. same problem for four month running, can't finish a single match on the ladder. tell me again why i'd ever give you my money? really starting to develop animosity towards you. i'm telling you, answer my issue or i will create consequences. i'm done playing with you. i'm going to start spamming the inboxes of the hasbro board of directors. i bet you get a fire lit under you then.

    i just found eric nyman's linked in profile, turns out i can email the pres of your parent company. boy am i about to burn you guys. can you hear me yet? cuz you're gonna be hearing from your higher ups pretty soon. y'all can't be bothered? i sure can, and i'm willing to go scorched earth. let's see where this goes. i'm emailing the entire board of directors at hasbro. gotta love the internet age. you think they're going to be happy when i tell them the dollars involved? i think they like dedicated customers, and i doubt they like to hear about them boycotting due to poor customer service. you will rue the day you decided to ignore me.

    hey, so i'm boycotting you now. turns out my previous $500 a month mtg habit can go towards a LOT of other fun things. i bought an entire (very fancy) liquor cabinet instead of buying kamigawa boxes. idk why the **** you guys ignore your best customers, but i'm done with you. expect hasbro to get some very angry emails, i can't believe you've let this problem exist for four going on five months now, and you don't even have the guts to respond to me... you can have exactly 0 of my dollars from now on. former happy customer that spent around 6k a year on your game, now leaving because you have the world's worst customer service. congrats, you guys can't business, even though you run things like a greedy wall street guy. i'm going to cause you problems now, enjoy.

    i dl'ed the new patch. same old problems, tho. with all the time i haven't been spending on arena, i finally learned to play civ 6. it takes 50 hours just to start figuring things out... you're losing money, guys. four months of this stuff. it's four months now and you can't even answer a bug report, let alone fix it. y'all don't know what you're doing

    i only have the patience to sit through the one game today. same camera viewpoint bug, as always. one of these days i'm going to post gameplay video to youtube, and i'll give you the link, but i don't wanna waste my time screaming at arena to let me click my button today. i'm realizing this issue is going to end with me dropping paper as well, as what's the point if i can't get my reps in? i used to play standard competitively, buying around a case per set, now i don't buy anything. i'm telling you it's because your software doesn't work at all anymore and covid. one of those things you could fix.

    the client grinded down to full standstill and i had to force quit twice before i could finish a game to get this to you. it's the same camera viewpoint bug i've reported half a dozen times now. if you guys ever reply to me, i'll stop spamming, but until then, you've really left me no choice. it's been like this since before christmas, it's just gotten way worse over time. you do realize the less digital i play, the less paper i'm going to buy, right? i can't playtest my ideas for months now, and i've stopped giving you any money. why not just fix the mac client?

    as always, having the same problem. i'm deciding to spam you guys with logs until you do something about it. checking it myself, it seems your software has a problem with something called "camera view" as it's looping some sort of warning and crashing out every single game. i don't think you're reading the logs, so i'll quote it here so the next guy can know:" Please note that using Camera viewport may result in visual artefacts or some things not working. " is what's coming up in the logs about 1400 times a game. i'm pretty sure that's what's making your mac client crash.

    your mac client is broken to the point of not running. it's been crashing every time i load it since the second innistrad set dropped. i'm losing half the games i launch to the client glitching out and freezing. i'm well within the hardware requirements. i'm not exaggerating, look at my profile record. it's every time i load the client, including just now. it's frustrating to an extreme degree, as i've invested a bunch of money into having a collection. that collection has been unuseable for 2 months now. i monitor arena through activity monitor, and it's obvious that you have a memory leak in your mac client. if you're not going to fix it, at least tell us, so i can completely stop giving you money for it, thanks.
