   Is this still a place to report poor performance?

   Game very frequently stutters and drops fps for no apparent reason whatsoever. System has loads of CPU, RAM, GPU and HDD resources available.

   Specs.
   Ryzen 2600x
   16Gb 3200mhz ram
   RX580 8Gb
   Game Installed on Firecuda SSHD
