Goblin quest not triggering.
Have the goblin quest. Have played raging goblin multiple times in my Angrath deck. Counter still sitting at 0.

I know why this is not triggering when summoning raging goblins.
they are tagged as goblin warriors.
there should be an additional command line in the challenge to trigger on keyword "goblin" to allow it to trigger on any goblin-type creature not just ordinary goblins.
If you look at the 2 pics you will notice what I mean raging goblins are the only ones with the "goblin warrior" tag -

Either Towering Shieldbearer or Skynight Legionnaire doesn't count as a soldier towards challenges.

I was going to report this too. It is Raging Goblin it seems:
Game 1 (after getting challenge) I played Raging goblin for no progress.
Game 2 played Raging Goblin then Goblin Vandal and progress was 1/4.

In challenges, I have play 4 elementals.
I have played frost lynx 2 times but it doesn't seem to count.
It's an elemental cat.
