Steps & Actual Results:
- Playing as Kiora. I play Plot
- Trap Dupe triggers
- Dupe resolves, but instead of Plot resolving completely, I just get 2 mana gems but don't draw 2 cards.
- Kiora reaches 15 mana gems due to this, but her ability doesn't trigger and I don't receive a creature.

Expected Results:
- Dupe gives opponent a copy of Plot
- Plot resolves fully with mana gems and draw cards
- Kiora's ability resolves as well
