Gravedigger +panharmonicon
Using gravedigger + panharmonicon, the second debut gives you a blank card, or nothing. Tried resetting game and reconnecting to the match and the card still hadn't appeared.

Happens regularly, target of Gravedigger's debut does not change to a new card in your graveyard after activating, so Panharmonicon causes it to try and summon the same card twice. Please fix or adjust card text :)
