Technical Support tells me to check the website to resolve this issue. The website tells me to submit a ticket to technical support. Round and round it goes, and apparently after months of users experiencing this issue, there is no information related to it other than this thread. It's account linking. It can't be that hard. Obviously, the development team does not care.

Same problem. I log in to Wizards, but just boots me back with account not linked. Have to close the application to try again with same result. Multiple attempts, still can't link account. I think if they would allow us to link directly to Steam from the mobile app, this issue would be resolved.

same exact thing. would be nice if you could log into the desktop program with your google account at least. not sure how this got overlooked and is still causing new players to possibly foul their accounts up.

Same issue. I enter my WotC account details on mobile, and this works but no pop up asking which account details to keep.

I first signed in with Game Center on iOS, then tried linking WotC account to play on Steam.

After signing in successfully nothing happened. No error message.

My GameCenter email is different than the WotC email

Hey there, I had the same issue. First discovered the game on mobile and later learned there was a steam client.
Ensure you are using the same email from your google account and the WotC account.
I don't know if it is really the problem, but I tried multiple times with no success, and the one time I tried with the SAME email adress between the two accounts, it worked.
