Packs can give you two of the same rare even if you already have a copy.

Same problems for me.
I bought the pack and got "Patrouille chevaucheuses de gryff" twice even if I had one already. -

My guess is that there is duplicate protection for each individual slot, but it doesn't reevaluate for other slots in the pack
