I can't request materials from my team
It's been a few days since I can't request new materials from my team. Whenever I enter the game it says there's an hour until I can request more and the timer always resets. I tried getting out and entering the team again or joining other teams but the timer was always on 1 hour. I don't know what's the problem and the rest of the team can request materials as normal

I can't request materials, every time I enter the game the clock is set to one hour remaining. I tried uninstalling the game and leaving/entering the guild.
