Power word stun + random creature + Leonin kincaller.
So I found out that when you copy a creature that has been perma stunned,
the effect keyword is stated on the copy you draw, however, the copy is not also stunned forever.
it needs to either have the effect keyword removed or make the copy also stunned forever upon entry to the battlefield.

Just lost a game to this. The creature appears stunned upon summoning, has the Permanent Stun keyword, but loses the stun & stun animation disappears on the next turn.
