Guess Again not firing
I had Guess Again primed. Opponent had Centaur Sage and 4 other creatures. He played Gutfire Devils, sacrificing one of his other creatures. He draws. This is fine.
Then he plays another Gutfire Devils over the first. It dies, does its trigger, and the next one comes in. This should have been countered as it's the second card of the turn. He then proceeded to play 3 more in the same manner, all without getting countered.

Same thing happened to me using Teferi, twice in the same game too.

Same thing happened for me. Guess Again is primed and you can see my opponent played 3 cards, guess Again didn't trigger.
