Wizard's familiar was moved from the top 3 cards after playing Anticipate. I (Jace) Played turn 1 Runed Crab, into Turn 2 Anticipate finding wizards familiar as an option but didnt choose it. I instead opted for Aether Figment. Then, 4 turns later after drawing 6 cards in total, Wizard's Familiar still had not been drawn. Anticipate does not say shuffle or relocate.
