Zero Support in a Buggy Game
Your game has potential and can be really fun to play. However, as many have pointed out, it's buggy AF. Worse, your support is trash. It's so trash that you've even turned off player reviews on Steam (who the **** does that?!) I feel bad for you. You have a lot of great things about this game but I have to play each mission like 3 times in order to progress because I'm always getting disconnected at the end while playing co-op (my friend doesn't lose progress, only me, and we have practically the same specs and settings). Online Group Server Nerf??
So, today, I & a friend, on PS5, decided to run Act 2, the final boss. We ran it six times, and ONLY got 1 Legendary Each while on Tier 6 for the entire 6 runs....
Did you NERF the boss drops without telling anyone???
Seriously, running the boss, on the hardest TIER should get you purples and legendaries ONLY.....
Not commons, greens, and blue's more than anything else.
YES, we had BOTH of the Drop Increases Active, yet we still got ___t!

You Have Been Disconnected, after playthrough in groups
On xbox one x. Any time we play with friends we run the whole dudgeon and after completion we all get disconnected, we lose all gear and xp.

Unable to pick up loot, Act 3, stage 2
Act 3, stage 2.
There are two chests that drop loot, but unable to pick up. This happens consistently each play through on Xbox.
One chest is the one near the frozen section, with 2 levers needing to be pulled to access it.
The other is up on a raised section needing to cross a skinny bridge/walkway near the center of the map (close to a sewer drain pipe).

Disonnections = No Rewards???
Why oh Why is it, after you complete a level & boss, have the best drop rate ONCE in your life, complete the level, watch the rewards/total stuff @ the end and the game takes you back to main hub, the game crashes you to start screen, once you load back in, you recieve NO EXP & all of your ITEMS are GONE!!!????
Sucks, I lost over 2 dozen items and a level of exp today, another words, my 2 hours of play time ended netting me JACK _____

"DISCONNECTED" NO XP OR LOOT. Very Frustrating.
- I encountered this issue on XBOX
- I was playing WITH FRIEND
- I was playing as WULFGAR
I was playing co-op online with one other player. Twice in a row, we completed a level, saw the reward sequence, both got disconnected from the game, and I did not receive any of my earned experience or items.
Attempted uninstall, reinstalling game, etc. No luck after attempts to trouble shoot.

Maybe you should RESPOND to these post/feedbacks....
You really need to respond and let people know that you're trying to fix the game. As is, I'm about ready to give up. Tired of:
Drops falling through map
Legendary drops are like 1 in 200 runs
Constant 1 Hit KO's
Laggy Servers
Skills not working properly/delayed meaning AGAIN 1 Hit KO's
Opening a "potion" box and constantly getting pots I don't need instead of what I'm actually needingList goes on.....
Oh, and FYI, your "patch" notes are just lip service. Most on that list HAVE NOT been addressed and are still in game ALIVE & WELL causing…

Loot drops after V 1.19.531 patch
Notes:
1. I encountered this issue on Playstation 5
2. I was playing [WITH FRIENDS]
3. I was playing as [Bruenor]
4. [See below for more details.]Steps: After this most recent patch, me(PS5) and my co-op partner(PS4) are frequently unable to pick up loot dropped from large chests. The items are clearly seen in front of the chest, but no prompt to pickup the item. Before this patch, the loot would just fall through the level and would go unseen.
Result: I've missed out on multiple legendaries and epic drops due to this.
Expected Result: If we can open…

je trouve dommage que lorsque le chef d'équipe meurt que tout le monde soit fasse téléporter au premiers point de passage ou de départ.2- Suggestion
- Serait il possible d'avoir un coffre pour entreposer du loot une sorte de réserve
- Serait il possible de bloquer du loot pour ne pas le supprimer dans notre inventaire par erreur
- Prêt de la carte de lanement de mission il y a une sorte de orge, dommage de ne pas mettre un PNJ ici ca fait vide. Je verrais…1 vote -
Beug : impossible de ramasser le loot des coffres (LE 06/10/2021)
Bonjour je jouais avec une amie en mission niveau "Transcendé ". et nous avons eu plusieurs fois l'impossibilité de ramasser le loot quand on ouvrait les coffres dans la mission donc pas mal de loot de perdue.

Sphere of darkness
Since the latest update (9/21), when I play alone as Drizzt, the Sphere of Darkness attack doesn’t deal any damage to enemies. This is on various levels and difficulties.

Multiple Things Needed...
First off, NOT a bad game per se, BUT...
1) Need to make sure ALL Shrines give you the Attribute & Feat points...One is bugged.
2) You supposedly PATCHED the item caches that dropped gear through the map. Well I'm here to tell you, my friend and I found 6 that still do this. And we also found a couple that allow only one of us to retrieve the item. The other player gets no "Collect" icon, so drop just sits there spinning.
3) Really need to fix the AOE AI....alot of the time you cannot dodge far enough and…

Loot
Can we please just get an auto loot feature? I'm tired of loot falling through the world, not popping out, or just flat out not able to be picked up when I am standing right in front of it.
I was hopeful with the most recent patch notes but it seems even more broken now. Verbeeg act 2 has been my go to for chest farming and I'm pretty sure 2 of the 6 chests has bugged 100% of the time in the 5 or so runs I've done in the last day.
Why not just implement an auto loot?

Having to replay same missions over and over due to crashing
My friend and I are playing co-op on high end PC's, through Xbox Game Pass using controllers. We have had this bug a few times where we finish a mission, complete all objectives, and then after showing our stat sheets, we both push A on controllers to go to the main camp and then it bugs out on the screen load and disconnects. We still keep the loot but we have to do the mission again in order to unlock the next one, and often 3 - 4 times before it will keep the mission completed. This is really frustrating…

Drinking potion while resting
I was drinking a potion while "resting" for checkpoint and the screen went black, so I lost all my progress in the game. Already happened twice... A bit annoying to have to redo all the mission again because we don't have a saving option while in a mission.

Hey guys! Me and my buddies seem to disconnecting at the end of most of our games. We usually still keep our loot but sometimes we lose out on it. Minus that I just wanted to say the game feels amazing after the latest update. Super excited for future content

Level Reset from level 14 to lvl 1
Hello, I started a dungeon with a group on XBox One, with my Wulfgar Level 14. This went off without any incident. When we finished and the evaluations were running, my char got very little XP and then it indicated that I had moved up to level 2. Back at HUB it also showed me level 2. Restarting the game didn't help. Now Wulgar is back to level 2. Can support change this again? I don't want to continue playing with such a bugged character. Who knows what surprises this game will have in store for me
