1. Enemy Insta kill on environment/character

   1. I encountered this issue on PC/Steam
   2. I was playing Alone
   3. I was playing as Wulfgar
   4. No workaround that I know of aside from where death boundaries are.

   I was going back through the "Companions of Ice Wind" chapter, Act 1 just for some higher tier loot on difficulty Champion. Made it through as normal until I was fighting the verbeeg at the end of the level, I cleared out the other enemies to have a 1v1 and approached him. He did the animation for pulling out the flagpost and slamming it down, but I was mid-air slam attack (basic heavy combo that causes hammer to glow golden when attacking) he slammed the flagpost as soon as I was on the ground, but instead of me taking damage from being hit, my character glitched/clipped into the verbeegs feet. I wasn't able to move or roll away from it when it happened, but less than a second later it registered that the verbeeg wasn't on solid/stable ground, so it auto/insta-killed the boss even tho it still have more than half its health.
   Just figured this could be looked into to make sure other characters aren't clipping into enemies and causing main big bosses to die without a fight. Unfortunately I don't have a clip to attach but I will be attempting to do it again while recording to see if it happens and will attach it later if possible.

2. Disconnected/Freezing loading screens

   After the newest updated released on July 2nd, I’m still experiencing a disconnection after games.
   1.) I’m playing on the PS4
   2.) I’m playing online
   3.) I’m playing as anyone

   After a match or two and heading back to the main area, the loading screen will either keep loading if I’m joining a random session, or if I’m hosting it’ll just be a black screen and nothing is loading. Everything locks up and my only option is to shut down the application.

4. Characters deleted

   Characters have been deleted

   I was playing act 2 of the last dungeon (the hall of judgement) We completed the mission and when we returned to town I was level 1 with no gear. I couldnt open the mission reward chest. Fearing i was bugged i left my friend game, and created my own. Everything was fine in my own game. I reconnected to my friends game, and I was once again level 1. I then tried to change characters, my character list displayed the correct level and ranks. though when i tried to rejoin i got hung. The game would not load in, so I task manager killed the game. When I reloaded my game my characters were ALL gone.

5. All saved data corruped, bye everything

   Game froze, I shut the ps5 down, all saved data corrupted. Bye everything! So long characters! I'm not playing this game anymore guys, you lost me. Fix 90 percent of the game. Good job making it a Dungeons and Dragons game. Can yall like give me something for the robbery I just went through? Who's idea was it to make you guys the developers?

6. Image of weapons show they are connected to each other at base

   (1) PC
   (2) Alone
   (3) Drizzt
   (4) If you zoom at certain angles, the image bug goes away
   (Steps) Bug occurs at all times
   (Result) See image, noticed after i changed skin on Wear of the Mask Scimitar to another skin.
   (Expected Result) Assumed the image is not supposed to show a connection at the based of the two swords, connecting the two swords and going through Drizzt body at times.

7. Legendary Item not lootable after openign chest

   (1) PC
   (2) I was playing alone
   (3) I was playing Drizzt
   (4) I could find no work around despite many tries with character placement, respawn, etc.
   (Steps) I was following the quest line and exploring that area pictured and located the chest.
   (Result) See location in attached images. During Act I The hunting grounds of The Fury of Icewind, Vanquisher difficulty. After opening a chest, a legendary item dropped, but was not lootable. See images. I moved the character all around the item, the prompt to press E to loot/interact did not show up. I intentionally died and came back, no change. It was there, but not lootable. Obvs very disappointing due to leggo.
   (Expected Result) I expected it to be lootable.

8. Walk stuttering

   When I boot up the game and load into town the character will stutter while walking as if tripping or walking into invisible walls and can get progressively worse over time unless I do a hard shut down and clear the cache, which sometimes doesn't even work the first second or even third time and takes 10 minutes to do each time, this has been an issue since day 1.

   4. [Sometimes a hard shut down and cache clear work]

9. Fainted with Health

   1.) I encountered this problem on PS4
   2.) I was playing quickplay online
   3.) I’ve noticed this playing as Cattie-brie AND Drizzt
   4.) Fix health bar system to register when getting knocked out/fainted.

   There are times we’re I’ll get hit by a fatal attack, I’ll go down, but then there’s still red in my HP bar and I’ll stay on the ground. There are also times we’re in have no health left at all and I get up anyways. I must be at 1 HP but I can’t see any red in the health bar.

11. Bugs resetando personagens

    Carregamentos causam bugs de resetar os personagens e eu não fui o único ter esse problema, meus amigos também que tinha jogado recentemente. Me divirto jogando esse jogo, mas precisa ser corrigido essas quedas de conexão e 'bugs"reset dos personagens durante os carregamentos. Resetando meus personagens só joga meu tempo fora.

12. friends get kicked out of party

    While playing with one friend in a friends only or invite only session, the friend will inevitably get kicked from the mission. We have been able to complete the first adventure within the first 4 hours of trying the game.

    Steps:
    Both computers are Windows PC running the Steam version of the game. Friend plays Bruenor, I have played both Wulfgar and CatteBrie. We have tried with ad blockers disabled, VPNs disabled, VPNs enabled to "put" computers in different states.

    The Result: friend gets booted and we cannot play the game

    Expected result: friend does not get booted and we can play the game.

13. Final Act/Boss Fight broken?

    Notes:
    1. I encountered this issue on PC-Steam
    2. I was playing with friends
    3. I was playing as Wulfgar

    Steps:
    I was enjoying the game, until what I can only assume is a disappointing bug. We began the final act of the last campaign, and stepped on an elevator to start the level. We were then teleported, I can only assume to a different elevator, and brought immediately before the last boss. There was no level to play before fighting the boss, like in every chapter prior, so no chance to increase loot quality.

    Result:
    Elevator teleporter bug skipped most of a level.

    Expected Result:
    We as a group expected, like every other boss fight, a map that will up your chances for rarer loot before you fight the boss. My only thoughts are that this is either a terrible bug, or an intentional slap in the face.

14. Can't blank out Useables Slots

    I'm playing on steam PC and the Useables Slots screen apparently doesn't allow a way to clear a slot - so if you've filled all four slots, it looks like you're forever committed to lower odds in getting what you need on a drop. Would someone please fix this?

15. Bug/Stuck And Falling Through Map When I Jump

    I am on PS5, update 1.003 and I am playing on "The Mask of Kelvin" "The Broken City" and I went through a portal and when I came out the other side my character (Wulfgar) is invisible and cannot walk. He can jump, but when he does he just falls though the map until he is reset. I have a recording of it.

    Please compensate me for the Legendary loot I just lost and time waisted because the only way to get unstuck is to quit which means I lose everything.

    This game seems like it was released before it was properly tested...

17. Character not able to use potions or abilities

    My character is not able to use abilities or healing potion. I died during a boss fight and it that happened. My character still has his feats, moves and gear and able to use ultimate but I am not able to use abilities or healing potions

    Foi um lixo desequilibrado no lançamento, duas atualizações e continua un lixo, na verdade o último patch deixou pior, sempre ocorre falha de conexão, ou se quer entra na sessão e falha, esta impossível emcontrar partida, bugs de movimento, sofremos danos desequilibrados, çersornagwns teleportando, ficando preso no mapa, ou seja, esta wirzads é uma empresa despreparada e desprovida de qualidade técnica, pois lançou um jogo cheio de promessas e fardado ao fracasso pelo trabalho amador desenvolvido.
