The action interaction is really laggy (I'm playing offline), it makes the game almost unbearable for action game players.
I really love your graphics and ideas, but, this laggy between action is really hurting the game. On top of that, I believe players should be able to cancel their current action by pressing block, else parray becomes...useless if I do say so myself (this may also happen due to the laggy-button press experience).

Me and my friend like the game but the laggy action interaction is killing the game. Playing a catti-bri but most of the time the buttons dont seem to react for a full stretched shot with the bow, making it unplayable like this. And it is not because of lacking energy. In the beginnen of the game release I didnt had problems with this. Stil not quick but now it is making me stop playing because of it. I think since the latest update it is become unplayable like this. My friends will also not play it like this anymore

I agree with the original post, but I think that evade/dodge should cancel your action along with (or instead of) block/parry. As someone else said, parry does activate even if you're in the middle of a combo, but evade/dodge does not. You should be able to interrupt your combo by dodging if need be. That's more realistic, to me.

I confirm all. Sometimes I feel really in a pure RPG :D It's funny.
For the block... There is a begin of solution maybe. When you press Block, wait and repress Block during the attack of mob, it work really better (you need so a double tap and a lot of anticipation) for me, but... Dunno if its the gameplay they want or if it fuck the actual gameplay.
Same prob with all Characters about the block. My parry solution work 1/3 times surely. I feel really the lag for the 2 last (Offline or online), and it can be an error of my part ! For real it's 2/3 when I am concentrate on parry ONLY... Still one laggy (I really think it's lag too), bug, dunno :(Still sometimes or I feel doing very well the parry but I am touch so... ;( Distance ennemy or not, doesn't matter. I think I seen all patterns and movesets from mobs & bosses, I can have lack of skill/reflex sometimes but not 1/3 of the time ^^
I use the second configuration of the controller, with a PS2 (sometimes with the 3 (problems still occurs) but not the 4 & 5 PS controllers) one.
Its the same for loot. When you see two loots (or three gold near) and you press Interact 3 times, most of the time you get just ONE item.
The most sad it's : in some area of the map, I feel less bugged (and my computer is cool :p (I tried with ALL graphics options in Medium, the problem stay)From France, Lox.
PS : I have generally 62 ms, with 400 in download & 390 in upload (Ooakla said 7 ms but, I don't know where are your servers ^^)
PPS : Problem stay with 30 FPS or 120.1. I encountered this issue on PC
2. I was playing WITH FRIENDS & ALONE
3. I was playing as ALL HERO
4. Good luck ! -

Yeah you should not be able to cancel. You can parry any attack at any point in your own animation sequence, as well as incoming arrows. You must master not mashing buttons!

Are you sure this isn't dedicated Action movement? Neverwinter Online had a similar combat feel. Actions must complete animations before performing another action though there is also a slight action queue in performing new actions. It will feel unresponsive and boggy if you're not taking advantage of that action queue window or pressing buttons too much.
I would add that around half of Wulfgar's attacks are simply too slow to perform Solo. A lot of his moves need to be around 20-30% faster. If you're playing him Solo you will have a bad time or get stuck using only a few moves. Drizzt and Bruenor feel good though. Haven't tried Cati yet.
