    Je me permets de vous écrire pour partager avec vous mon expérience récente sur Magic Arena, qui, je dois l'avouer, est devenue extrêmement frustrante.

    Tout d'abord, permettez-moi de souligner que je m'approche de votre jeu avec une grande passion et beaucoup d'enthousiasme. Cependant, cet enthousiasme se trouve trop souvent terni par une série de problèmes qui, je crois, méritent votre attention.

    Il y a une prépondérance de joueurs qui semblent déterminés à faire traîner les parties sans jamais envisager d'abandonner, ce qui rend l'expérience de jeu peu agréable. De plus, nous sommes systématiquement jugés si nous choisissons d'abandonner une partie, ce qui fait que laisser mourir une partie reste une meilleur option.

    Ensuite, il m'est devenu presque impossible de jouer avec des decks plus faibles mais amusants, car je suis constamment confronté à des decks surpuissants qui dominent la partie sans laisser aucune chance. Cela enlève toute la joie et la créativité que devrait permettre un jeu comme Magic Arena.

    Je me retrouve souvent à quitter le jeu après seulement deux ou trois parties, complètement frustré par le déroulement des matchs. Chaque session commence avec un espoir renouvelé, mais elle se transforme rapidement en une source de déception. Que ce soit à cause des decks trop forts qui écrasent toute résistance, des joueurs agressifs qui ne font que contrer, détruire ou exilé mes créatures, ou des decks parfaitement calibrés pour contrer le mien, chaque partie semble être une bataille inégale.

    Les problèmes de mana à répétition viennent s'ajouter à cette frustration, me laissant souvent avec des terrains inutiles ou, pire encore, sans les ressources nécessaires pour jouer mes cartes les plus importantes. De plus, il est extrêmement décourageant de recevoir des mains de départ qui ne sont manifestement pas bien mélangées, répétitives et sans les cartes impactantes qui pourraient faire la différence. Chaque session devient une épreuve où la chance semble toujours pencher en faveur de l'adversaire, et où l'habileté et la stratégie sont souvent reléguées au second plan.

    Cette accumulation de frustrations transforme ce qui devrait être un moment de plaisir en une expérience épuisante et démoralisante.

    Je suis certain que vous comprenez l'importance de ces points pour la communauté de joueurs. J'espère donc que vous pourrez prendre des mesures pour améliorer cette situation et rendre l'expérience de jeu plus agréable pour tous.

    Bonjour

    En effet ce n'est pas la peine de répondre pour les montants que j'ai eu à investir dans le jeu, vous n'avez donc aucun cerveau disponible pour parler ne serait ce que quelques minutes avec vos clients à plusieurs milliers d'euros...?! Le jeux est impraticable j'aimerais pouvoir avoir quelques explication direct en MP, et non sur un forum par des retours d'usagers pas plus informé que moi. L'avis des usagers du jeux je le connais déjà : ils ont tellement payé qu'il n'ose même plus dire du mal du jeux sous peine de ne plus avoir de partenaire de jeux en face d'eux.
