Exactly the same issue.
And I confirm, the bug came with Alchemy.Herk#68154

Hello,
My game crashes every time I try to select a deck to play. This bug seems to have been introduced with the new update and the alchemy mode.

I can't sacrifice "ollenbock escort", it seems you need to have a creature with +1/+1 to use it, but the cost of activation is just "sacrifice ollenbock escort", there's no need of +1/+1 mentioned. If you have no creature with +1/+1, it is wasted, but you should be able to do it anyway.
for example : i have "unruly mob", i should be able to sacrifice "ollenbock escort", then maybe "unruly mob" gain +1/+1 and i could target it
