    I solved this issue by:
    - Uninstalling the MtG Arena;
    - Deleting anything related to Wizards of the Coast from:
    - C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local
    - C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming
    - Reinstalling the MtG Arena.
    After doing these steps, the game worked well for me.
