I think the bug has to do with frame rates or V-synch. I was playing with the settings, and when I change my "FPS Limit" setting from "VSync" to "60", the problem seems to disappear. Ironic, since I was using the fps limiting settings to give my work laptop (without a gaming video card) a fighting chance, and it seemingly made things worse.

This just started to happen to me after downloading the latest patch. Looks like the bug may have been re-introduced? I tried validating my bundles, it did nothing.

I've been sitting at 975/1000 XP for my next reward most of the night. I've gained XP from Quests, Dailies, and Weeklies, none have increased my XP. I see the animations for each XP gain, but progress doesn't change, and rewards don't unlock.
