I have reported this multiple times, the code STARTERSTYLES that this comes from has expired. the style is not available and all I can ever get from anyone is that I should keep checking the stores in case it comes back.
I have played since Open Beta, given plenty of money to wizards on arena and yet this style has to be distributed like the McRib, and support can't even let you know how often or if it has ever been sold again.
also it tells you that you have already redeemed the code when the code is expired, I have a literal message from the senior support saying that their redemption responses are just not relevant to what is happening.

it is absurd to me that not only does the code redemption return an invalid response to the reality of the scenario but also that support can't actually tell me when you will be selling the McRib again or if you ever actually have.
