    Somehow in my experience so far none of the Mox trigger the achievement but Time Walk, Timetwister and Ancestrall Recall do. I don't know for Black Lotus.

    Yet it only saves the achievement for that game session. I had it but closed the game and came back the next day to see it was gone.

    So multiple issues with that specific achievement.

    Yet this is bugged because Time Walk, Timetwister and Ancestrall Recalll will unlock the achievement but it only save it for that specific game session.

    So once you close the game and re-open it's gone.

    The thing is, when I get a match and my opponent is showed, it doesn't show any ranks there but when the game is over it does show the loss of a rank.

    Just happened to me. I play casual non-ranked then when I lost, I lost a rank!
