    The infinite loop continues in 2021.11.0 (612.897490).
    Exquisite Blood needs to be banned or the looping effect needs to be stopped.

    Dina, Soul Steeper and Exquisite Blood create an infinite loop - as soon as the player takes damage they lose one life over and over until they lose the game.

    The quests reappear after a new daily is posted (when my daily timer resets), and then everything disappears again after I complete the daily quest.
