How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Freezing Gameplay
Game simply freezes during game. I've played for over a year online and no huge issues. Last week games began freezing. Always when I activate a map token, but sometimes after attacking, sometimes I can't click to pass on a move made by opponent, and so many other scenarios. Then the timer runs out despite me clicking to move on or choose blockers, or anything. I can see my opponents sending messages. Game keeps crashing when i activate lander tokens (android)
Ever since the last update my game keeps crashing in the middle of matches. I am on android. Something went wrong with the game code when the last update was posted, game keeps crashing when certain triggered abilities activate, like for example when rhystic study is on the stack with something else or whenever I try to activate a lander token, I consistently crash the the game out with lander tokens. Rigged Arena
What’s happening in Arena makes no sense at all. I only play Draft mode, and after several days of winning streaks and solid victories—building practically the same decks—suddenly I’M ONLY DRAWING LANDS. And I’m not talking about a single game; I’m talking about at least 10–15 games. And this has been happening to me for the 3–4 years I’ve been playing Arena. Game unplayable, freezes constantly
Since the latest TNMT update the game has become nearly unplayable. It freezes multiple times per match. If I’m lucky I can exit and reenter quickly enough, but most of the time that doesn’t work and sometimes the match is counted as a loss regardless. I’m on the lates iPad OS. This is a serious problem you need to fix immediately. Can’t imagine I’m the only one affected. I am not going to risk putting any actual money into this game until it is fixed as it is too much of a risk that I’ll lose because of this bug.…

Deck Image is shared with opponent before the game starts in new Challenge feature
In new Challenge Match feature, Deck Image of the selected deck is shared with my opponent when I clicked "Ready" button.
Not only this reveals some deck information in a out-of-game way, it spoiled our experience of popping out surprising cards in the game.
To avoid this, I need to use unrelated card image for all of my decks.I hope this "deck image feature" is removed as soon as possible, or at least, let me disable this feature.

match does not work
steps I did: standard ranked match started, mulligan went okay, it was opponent's turn, but my timer started to run out and game just got stuck without them playing or conceding; i couldn't concede either
platform: steam (windows)
expected: the opponent should have been able to play their turn and then I mine

workaround: had to close MTGA and reopen

Dark patterns. Forcing us to events in game menus.
Feedback for WOTC.
The ability to give feedback is extremely polluted, by your design. Do you believe this is good for your customers to not be able to report players easily for stalling? And leaving feedback for you to improve?

new customer support format
you need to completely overhaul your customer support for this product these threads we vote on are so nontransparent and many overlap. when we do get the reply to a ticket is just check the thread. the game is becoming increasingly unplayable with every recent update and it seems as if you all do not care. There's no explanation of what's being done about these bugs and no actual support is being given to fix them.

Doppelgang results in incorrect draw
Using doppelgang causes the game to take way too long caluclating effects, especially if there are multipliers or lifegain effects. This then results in a warning message being shown to take a different action or the game will result in a draw (you can't take a different action). Game then ends incorrectly in a draw. This is causing the rules of the game to not be carried out correctly, which is a massive bug.

Token creatures with the ability "sacrifice this creature add 1 mana"
So I love this game and find the game play to be phenomenal. However, there is one thing about it that annoys me a lot. When you tap a creature for an ability it always prompts you "activate ability" except with token creatures that have the ability "sacrifice this creature, add 1 mana" for that ability, if you touch the creature it automatically sacrifices with no prompt to activate the ability. The amount of times I accidentally sacrificed a token creature with that ability when my intent was to use it as a blocker is infuriating. And its confusing because…

Brawl matchmaking (if not ranked, score the decks)
Brawl matchmaking is unfair and I uninstalled the game because of this. Some friends got me thinking about commander again, so I thought I would reinstall Arena and have some fun. Instead it was a few hours of misery, because literally 90% of my opponents had high-pace optimized decks. I could not even come close to competing with my outdated decks. To be clear, I am not trying to hate on the power level of good decks/cards, but rather that the matchmaking is deplorable and it made me quit the game. Selfless Safewright
It wont let me report a bug in when I click report a bug. It literally just goes to a forum where I am supposed to scroll through other people's issues. I just lost a game three where I cast selfless Safewright while Wildvine Pummeler was on the battlefield. I chose giant as the creature type and my wildvine brawler then still died. I lost the game because of this.

Vampire Gourmand
When attacking with Vampire Gourmand and sacrificing a creature, it does not draw the card and the timer starts and I cannot proceed. It happens when I'm playing on my Samsung Galaxy Tab8.

Add ability to auto spend all orbs, or have orbs auto-spend when a pass ends
I always finish my mastery pass and I hate having to spend the orbs one by one every time. I wish there was a button to randomly spend all current orbs, or better yet when a season ends have it automatically auto spend all orbs so those of us who always fully complete do not have to manually redeem them.
