How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Siege card issue
When playing MTG:A if you play a siege cards, I.E. Windcrag Siege, that makes you pick between two choices, the game freezes and you have to wait until timeout timers run out and it auto picks option on the right.
I am using the mtga app and have used a pc and mobile to the same issue results.
I should be able to play the card and pick either option, not have the options freeze.22 votes -
The Hobbit Welcome Deck
After winning my second match on the hobbit welcome deck, it restarts my progress and does not reward me my 2 cards that I am supposed to get for having 2 wins, the first time my record was 2-1, and the second time I went 2-0 and it still did not award me my cards.

SIEGE OF THE BARREN STEPPE
When I play the card "Siege of the Barren Steppe" and try to select one of the two options, Mardu or Abazan, it doesn't allow me to select either. Thank you for your attention; I hope this problem can be resolved, as it has affected my games and caused me to lose several of them.

the card Breaking // Entering got 6th place in a Pioneer challenge on July 26 and has made top 16 or top 32 several times since. when will it be craftable on Arena?

Game Length to "count" as a game in Timeless
Games in the Timeless format are frequently over in 3-4 turns, sometimes in 2. I have won some games (and lost others) and they are not being counted towards the "number of games played" related achievements. As a result, I will stop playing Timeless until this bug is fixed, because I get no "credit" for paying them. Please fix this.

End of Season Rewards Not Being Received After Opening Packs
Hello, today I received my Mythic rewards for the June ranked constructed bug that occurred earlier this month with 10 packs plus gold and two card sleeves. When I tried to open the 10 packs (generic blue covers with the logo), none of the packs displayed any cards. I'm seeing others on here having the same/similar issues. Was there another bug with the ranking system this month?

Glacierwood Siege won't Work, Game Freezes and I Can't Select Anything
The bug is reproduced by trying to play the Glacierwood Siege card in Brawl format as this has now happened to me twice now when playing on Mac. It's suppose to allow you to select Sultai or Temur, yet it simply freezes on the screen and won't work at all. I have no workaround, nor any idea why this is happening.

Hobbit welcome deck duels bug
The Hobbit welcome deck event is bugged. I played 4 matches. 2L, 2W. Then, after 4th match (win) the event reset showing 0/0. The 2nd win match reward didn't process either.
Another bug I noticed - when my 2 drop red goblin with fire breathing died, the trigger to deal 1 dmg to opponent's only black creature with 1 toughness didn't trigger. My gob had 1 power, so expected it to do 1 dmg on death. Was not exiled, just blocked.

Barrenstep Seige
Game freezes when attempting to play barrenstep seige. Won’t allow selection. Happened three times and could not fix-reset, delete game, reload game, rebuild, etc. Tried again playing against bot-same thing.

Cube Draft Economics
Currently, Cube Drafts cost the same as Premier Drafts and provide the same placement rewards, but since Cubes are Phantom, it is significantly less economical to Cube Draft. This means that it rarely makes sense to participate in Cube, and feels significantly worse when you do participate and perform poorly. I suggest making some change so that Cube feels like an equally good use of resources compared to a Premier Draft. This could be reducing the cost of entry, increasing rewards (particularly for lower win counts), or even allowing players to keep their drafted cards.

Windcrag Seige is broken and will not allow you to choose options.
Like others that have suffered, Windcrag Seige is broken/bugged an will not allow you to select an option "Mardu" or "Jeskai". I have captured and submitted a log below. Please fix, this ruined two games for me!

Harmonize brawl and competitive brawl banlist
Competitive Brawl should follow the same philosophy as other competitive formats. If a card is banned in Brawl, it should be banned in Competitive Brawl, if a card is considered unfair in one situation it is also unfaire in the other (like Drannith Magistrate or Mana Drain). Having 2 banlists for almost identical formats is just making it harder to build decks, and makes the rules less clear.

Rigged
How can you call this magic the gathering? This is nothing more than money-grubbing. I could have the best possible deck that I've ever drafted and go Owen three, and later draft mediocre at best and win all seven rounds. I don't think you mother f****** really understand him just how smart the players are. If your response is that the money speaks for itself, just remember that you're cheapening every other instance of this game by allowing this one to be this f***** up. In all seriousness, stop ruining my favorite game you f****** ********.

Tutor-heavy Brawl decks appear incorrectly weighted in matchmaking
Dear MTG Arena Support Team,
I am writing to submit feedback regarding Brawl matchmaking and deck weighting, specifically concerning decks that run multiple tutor effects.
In my experience, Brawl decks with access to repeated or highly efficient tutors appear to be under-weighted by the matchmaking system. These decks are often able to consistently find their strongest cards, combo pieces, removal, or win conditions, which makes them significantly more powerful and reliable than decks without similar access to tutors.
Because Brawl is a singleton format, tutors have an outsized impact on gameplay. They reduce the natural variance of the format and…

Rezzahan is the only useful person around here. You created a website so devoid of common features that I don't know if they're an employee, and don't have a good way to ask. There's not even a feature to tell you if a question you asked was answered, so who knows if that helpful advice is ever read.
To the creators and maintainers of this website, hang your head in shame. The Pokémon Team is running circles around you, and need to start writing down and implementing what you can learn from them.

Disappointed in planar cube pricing
I am very disappointed to see that the new planar cube is priced the same as non-phantom events. I simply cannot justify spending the same entry fee for a phantom event that I would spend on a non-phantom event like booster draft. I know the cube designers are very passionate about creating an interesting, fun, and highly repeatable experience. It is disrespectful of the work they put in designing this cube to price this event in a way discourages players from repeatedly playing these events. I would prefer if we could report a player after the game.
I'm kind of worried about reporting a player during the game as it can occur during my turn, appearing as though I am stalling as I attempt to find the words to describe why this would be worth a report. Details are key to separating the worthwhile reports from the frivolous ones. Haven't made one yet though.
