Freezing Gameplay
Game simply freezes during game. I've played for over a year online and no huge issues. Last week games began freezing. Always when I activate a map token, but sometimes after attacking, sometimes I can't click to pass on a move made by opponent, and so many other scenarios. Then the timer runs out despite me clicking to move on or choose blockers, or anything. I can see my opponents sending messages. Rigged Arena
What’s happening in Arena makes no sense at all. I only play Draft mode, and after several days of winning streaks and solid victories—building practically the same decks—suddenly I’M ONLY DRAWING LANDS. And I’m not talking about a single game; I’m talking about at least 10–15 games. And this has been happening to me for the 3–4 years I’ve been playing Arena. It’s very obvious what you’re doing—it’s not even that the opponent has a good deck; it’s that the draw algorithm automatically screws you over when you’re on a winning streak. Game keeps crashing when i activate lander tokens (android)
Ever since the last update my game keeps crashing in the middle of matches. I am on android. Something went wrong with the game code when the last update was posted, game keeps crashing when certain triggered abilities activate, like for example when rhystic study is on the stack with something else or whenever I try to activate a lander token, I consistently crash the the game out with lander tokens. Full screen setting does not save for wide screen monitor
Full screen settings do not work/persist when using a widescreen monitor. Most modern games properly support full screen settings.

Transmogrant's Crown equipment
Equipping Transmogrant's Crown is impossible. it pulls up the equip cost selector but has Surveil and drag a card to the graveyard as the required option. The game stays stuck on this selection. You can cancel or select to equip at all. the play timer will kick on and eventually end your turn or the entire round.

ALGORITHM NEEDS TO GO AWAY
GET RID OF THE ALGORITHM! Balance the game with the ban list like the good lord intended. You have collected enough of my money to hear me out on this. I’m sick of crafting decks just for them to be targeted by the same cards over and over. How is that fun? Remove the algorithm and let us play the game.

Brawl matchmaking (if not ranked, score the decks)
Brawl matchmaking is unfair and I uninstalled the game because of this. Some friends got me thinking about commander again, so I thought I would reinstall Arena and have some fun. Instead it was a few hours of misery, because literally 90% of my opponents had high-pace optimized decks. I could not even come close to competing with my outdated decks. To be clear, I am not trying to hate on the power level of good decks/cards, but rather that the matchmaking is deplorable and it made me quit the game. Game unplayable, freezes constantly
Since the latest TNMT update the game has become nearly unplayable. It freezes multiple times per match. If I’m lucky I can exit and reenter quickly enough, but most of the time that doesn’t work and sometimes the match is counted as a loss regardless. I’m on the lates iPad OS. This is a serious problem you need to fix immediately. Can’t imagine I’m the only one affected. I am not going to risk putting any actual money into this game until it is fixed as it is too much of a risk that I’ll lose because of this bug.…

new customer support format
you need to completely overhaul your customer support for this product these threads we vote on are so nontransparent and many overlap. when we do get the reply to a ticket is just check the thread. the game is becoming increasingly unplayable with every recent update and it seems as if you all do not care. There's no explanation of what's being done about these bugs and no actual support is being given to fix them.

The ability to give feedback is extremely polluted, by your design. Do you believe this is good for your customers to not be able to report players easily for stalling? And leaving feedback for you to improve?

refund after negative score or 3-3 in draft
Hello,
I would like to make the following general suggestion for improvement for MTGArena : The game is very frustrating when you invest a bunch of gems or coins in a draft and then lose those hard-earned gems/coins due to the algorithm, etc., because you go 0-3, 1-3, 2-3, or 3-3.
I therefore suggest that a player be refunded all coins or gems if they go 0-3, 1-3, 2-3, or 3-3. This would improve the gaming experience and encourage more people to draft. not refund the Gems or Coins after a negative score or a even score looks like fraud…

Wild Card Crafting
I have a lot of common wild cards sitting in my collection, an almost equal amount of uncommon cards as well. With the absence of pauper in MTG Arena, and most competitive decks utilizing rares and mythic more heavily than Commons or uncommon, combined with the fact you open more Commons and uncommons than rares/mythic per pack, why can't we craft wildcards into the next tier up at a 4:1 rate? Deck Image is shared with opponent before the game starts in new Challenge feature
In new Challenge Match feature, Deck Image of the selected deck is shared with my opponent when I clicked "Ready" button.
Not only this reveals some deck information in a out-of-game way, it spoiled our experience of popping out surprising cards in the game.
To avoid this, I need to use unrelated card image for all of my decks.I hope this "deck image feature" is removed as soon as possible, or at least, let me disable this feature.

Make land draws feel more fair by reducing extreme mana *****/flood
MTG Arena already has Best-of-One opening hand smoothing, which helps avoid some non-games. But many games are still decided by extreme mana ***** or mana flood after the opening hand.
Suggestion:
Please consider adding light mana smoothing as a normal mechanic for ladder and regular play.It should not guarantee perfect draws or remove variance. Players should still be punished for playing too few lands, too many colors, or a bad mana base. The goal is only to reduce the most extreme patterns, such as drawing only lands for many turns or missing lands for too long after keeping a…

match does not work
steps I did: standard ranked match started, mulligan went okay, it was opponent's turn, but my timer started to run out and game just got stuck without them playing or conceding; i couldn't concede either
platform: steam (windows)
expected: the opponent should have been able to play their turn and then I mine

Token creatures with the ability "sacrifice this creature add 1 mana"
So I love this game and find the game play to be phenomenal. However, there is one thing about it that annoys me a lot. When you tap a creature for an ability it always prompts you "activate ability" except with token creatures that have the ability "sacrifice this creature, add 1 mana" for that ability, if you touch the creature it automatically sacrifices with no prompt to activate the ability. The amount of times I accidentally sacrificed a token creature with that ability when my intent was to use it as a blocker is infuriating. And its confusing because…
