    I hit this as well, it revealed one of the landscape tri-lands... it wouldn't even let me play it, which isn't valid either, but it needs to hit a nonland. Earlier it worked fine, so not sure what's going on.

    Just installed MTGA on my laptop, and it won't get past this issue. ☹

    Tried kikosphere#09010 solution, but that'd didn't work. Opened up the fresh player.log and saw this:

    I went and deleted the downloads.manifest file pointed to. I guess maybe there was some old beta version or something that wasn't properly cleared when I reran the latest installer?

    That seemed to start a data transfer when I started the app and get me past the error.
