Ok I admit my choice of words wasn't to accurate. I assumed someone who was this deep into Magic rules would know what I meant.
As it is my turn I am the active player and the active player is the one who gets to chose in what order abilites that go on the stack AT THE SAME TIME get calculated. So as I have auto order triggered abilities turned off I should at least get asked, as long as I am the active player.
Nonetheless there is an argument that invalidates this anyways. Due to original Magic rules a player can only lose at the end of a phase. Normally a player does not lose as long as there is any trigger on the stack. This is probably not possible for a program as this would make winning with infinite combos impossible.
All I want to say is: this was about to be a very intense and fun game. Not a ranked or anything. I play this to have fun. And to get this game taken away due to a mistake just when it got so close really made me sad.
