I’m getting this too (iOS) I finished my last active daily quest and my entire bottom bar of Home Screen disappeared. Mastery progression is still happening in the background though as I played a game after the bug occurred and my pass still levelled up, I did not see any pop up on the screen to indicate this level up but I logged out and back in and I had the booster for that particular level in my packs tab. I’m not sure if the other quests are being tracked (daily and weekly wins) as I was only halfway through my 15 wins. Also unsure if just regular wins are awarding the appropriate gold, it this could easily be tested by checking your gold total before a game and if you win check to see if it increases, it may take logging out and back in to register though, much like my mastery level increase did.
Side note: for everyone who thinks they are ignoring it, they have stated they are aware of it and they confirmed it is a visual bug only and that it will be addressed in a future update, progression is being tracked correctly according to wizards. They stated this on the magicthegatheringarena.statuspage on the patch notes for the strixhaven update

Unfortunately this is working as intended, rare wildcard was explicitly mentioned as a possible pull from a so called guaranteed mythic pack in the “arena economy” stream they did in March. A very greedy move indeed
