How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Mastery Pass Rewards Not Received
I have not received rewards for the mastery pass today. I am sure that I did not receive the non-DSK packs, but may have missed other rewards that I am unaware of due to realizing this bug after leveling multiple times today.

Paypal Loop
I've been trying to buy the Final Fantasy bundle, but your checkout isn't working. When I try to login into Paypal, it keeps starting me over. I've input the phone code correctly numerous times, I've tried logging in with password. It always ends with the prompt to put in my email or phone number again. Please fix this, or do you not like money?

Mazemind Tome Card Style Bug
Recently purchased the Mazemind Tome Parallax Card Style at the store, however, it is not possible to apply or view the card style when creating a new deck or editing an existing one, despite owning all versions of this card. A full refund should be issued if this bug is not fixed soon.

No Daily Deals displayed
For me there are no daily deals displayed in the store. I was already wondering about there being none. However, as this is the second day I have now checked reddit to see if there is any discussion on the topic. Turns out: there are daily deals, they are just not displayed for me in my store.

Bug - Final Fantasy Full Art Basic Lands Not Showing In Store
The full art basic lands for Final Fantasy aren't available in the store anymore after I used a jump in token. I think this is because some of the lands are in the packets, but if I had known this would happen, I would have just bought all the full art basic lands from the store first. Please fix this so that those bundles are available in the store again.

Bugged Mastery Pass (Reward NOT received)
Reached level 20 on Duskmourn Mastery pass and didn't receive the corresponding reward (2000 gold). I have previously 2650 gold from daily quests and should be at 4650 gold after complete level 20

March 31 BLB pack deal did not progress golden pack
I bought a BLB pack in the Daily Deals store for 10% off (900 gold) and it did not advance my golden pack progress. I was at 6/10 packs prior, and am still at 6/10 packs, even after reloading Arena.

Golden pack progress not awarded for Daily Deal pack on 3/31/25
The Daily Deals on 3/31/25 included a Bloomburrow pack, but no golden pack progress was awarded for purchasing it. I've seen a few other people on Reddit mention they experienced the same issue.

Paypal Store purchase dosnt work
When attempting to purchase anything from MTG Arena with Paypal option on infinite loop ...enter Username enter Password, thats all I get I only have paypal option as i do NOT have a credit cards only a savings debit card they dont work i have submitted this info 3 times under technical problems NO response in weeks I emailed their 3rd party people via messenger that run/control their payment system Wizards know of this issue and have yet to do anything about it.

Missing FF basic land card arts after update
After purchasing all the Final Fantasy basic land card arts in the store on June 16, 2025, the following day there was a update on June 17, 2025. From this update, basically half of the previously purchased card art bundles have been removed from my account. I have tried everything I can legally to try and fix it. I have contacted customer service, they pointed me here. I honestly just want what I purchased, without having to pay more.

Mythic Pack
I just purchased a Mythic pack for Tarkir Dragonstorm, however I received a Rare Wildcard, No Mythic... I thought a Mythic pack guarenteed a Mythic? Is there a chance for the Mythic pack to not contain mythic?

Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner's art was removed from E: BLC during today's patch
Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner's art was removed from E: BLC during today's patch 8/20/2024. As a huge fan of Mono G I was wondering if this was intentional or just a bug? Attached is the missing art from E: BLC that was there from the prior patch, Kiora search from today's patch, and E: BLC search from today's patch.

No rare card when opening Foundations packs.
I don't have anywhere near a complete collection of rare foundations cards but am receiving gems instead of a rare card every time i purchase a pack.

Checkout
Unable to log into Paypal through the xsolla store. When I input email and password it just loops me back into the login screen. It registers if my information is incorrect, but on correct entry it just resets. I have tried both login in with password and with one time code.

Mastery Pass Rewards not received
I reached level 39 of the mastery pass but did not receive the Bloomburrow pack that is a reward for it.

Mastery Pass Rewards not recieved
Mastery Pass Rewards not received. Its been several days that i have not been recieving the paid mastery Pass rewards. Until they dont fix it im not buying anything else. Its a joke we pay money for this and we dont get the gems or the card packs that we should be getting.

Foundations
I have not been receiving any rares from the Foundations booster packs. Each time I open a pack I receive gems instead, even when I don't have all the rares of the set.
1- Open a Foundations booster pack.
2- Observe that the rares are replaced by gems even when rares are missing in the collection.2 votes
