How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Season Ranked Error Packs Did Not Open
When I clicked on the packs I received for the June season ending error, the game froze and I did not receive any cards.

Booster pack issue
Got 10 free booster packs, but none of them are opening.
The packs were a bonus for that system error, where all mythic were brought down to basic when the month ended. I got 10 free packs. None of them open. I clicked 4 times, each time it jus flashed, but no cards showed… then i looked at the counter, and the counter went down though, so I’m at 6 packs now, but nothing happened… no cards.

Bug booster
There is a bug when opening booster packs: after interacting with the booster image, the sequence of images revealing the cards does not appear (this is shown in the video). Additionally, when I check my library to see if I have received new cards, nothing shows up.

I can't buy gems (get a problem with with paypal)
I want to buy some gems, and connect to the paypal window, but after entering my email address and my password, the window stay blank...(white), I don't see the payment page.

will not open
Im running the latest windows 11 fully updated. I just loaded your latest update and the game will not connect but some strange debug menu pops up in the corner and if I click on anything the game reloads. I just wanted to play some mtg arena but its broken I included a screen shot.

Daily Deals Reset in 217 Hours
Apparently my Daily Deals reset in 217 Hours? I’m on iOS and tried restarting the app and resetting assets and this bug still persists.

Hawkeye, Kate Bishop Avatar
The Hawkeye, Kate Bishop Avatar is not the same as the one that is shown in the bundle. When I look through my avatars, I see that the picture does not reflect the actual avatar.

Missing styles following Spider-Man grant
Prior to the grant of Spider-Man (SPM) cards in place of Through the Omenpaths (OM1), I owned parallax/extended art styles for Viggo, Enforcer of Ig's Crossing (cognate to Eddie Brock) and Cren, Undercity Dreamer (cognate to Miles Morales). The collection interface now appears as though I do not own these styles, and curiously claims these styles cannot be purchased at this time (contrary to the behaviour of other OM1 styles).
Potentially relevant facts:I owned these styles but did not own any copies of the cards.
These were the only two cards from OM1 I owned no copies of.

Missing Marvel Spider-Man cosmetics in store
I am on PC and the Marvel Spider-Man cosmetics are not showing up after the Marvel Super Heroes update on the 16th in my store or at all including the Avatar's, Web Basic Lands. I don't know why but every source says the should be there and that there's no problems but the only things that I can see for Marvel Spider-Man are the cards that were swapped in my collection and the Spider-Man card packs that replaced Omenpath. other then that there is nothing else even remotely related to Spider-Man even though the announcement for this update says they…

Bugged Forest Art
The forest art of the 2021 basic lands set by Jonas De Ro is still bugged. The land is missing the mana symbol in the middle.

Payment with Paypal or Credit card freeze on white pop-up
I try to buy gems.
If i select Paypal, I can enter my login/pw but then it freezes on a white pop up.
If i selecte credit card, I can enter my details then validate on my phone, but then it Freeze on the "redirect to merchant" screen.
If i close mtga and restart I can get my gems, but this is really a poor experience.I'm on PC Windows 11 (with a strong gaming laptop)

Golden Pack Gave Banned Card
I just purchased 10 packs to get a golden pack. When opening the golden pack I received Screaming Nemesis, a banned card..... Disappointed!

Bug: No Golden Pack Progress from Marvel Super Heroes Promo Bundle
I purchased and received all items from the promotional one time purchase Marvel Super Heroes set with 10x MSH Boosters, and Captain America avatar & shield sleeve.
I did not receive any golden pack progression for purchasing 10x packs and I did not receive a golden pack. Please credit my account with a golden pack

Spiderman cosmetics
So wait....if we bought the cosmetics for the "Through The Omenpaths" cards of Spiderman....and WoTC is now giving us the actual Spiderman cards like should have happened in the first place....we don't get the foiled/cosmetic versions of the ones we got? We would have to rebuy those again...? Though they aren't showing as available at all?

Missing Store Bundles - Bug
I am inquiring about the status of the Planeswalker and Spark Bundles that were previously available to purchase before the Hobbit pre-orders.
Are they gone for good?

Multiple Japanese texts for the The Hobbit pre-order products are wrong
The Bundles category in the Store page now shows three pre-order products for the The Hobbit set. Their Japanese texts show something unrelated to the set, however. The three texts are as follows (the parenthesized texts are comment for those who don't understand Japanese):
Pack Bundle: １枚《トニー・スターク》カード・スタイル購入時に (This is grammatically broken, but sounds like saying "when you purchase a single copy of the card style for Tony Stark"))
Pass Bundle: 「アイアンマン」スリーブと相棒：アイアンマンのブリーフケースを受け取ります。 (Iron Man sleeve and a companion: receiving a briefcase of Iron Man)

Missing Cards After Opening Starter Boosters
When I opened the starter boosters, some of the cards I obtained were not added to my collection. That honestly makes me hesitant to buy any booster packs, since I'm worried the same thing could happen again.
