The fact that this bug has been posted 6 months ago and I still face the same issue is depressing. How serious is this company right now? I'm receiving freaking gems because I'm supposed to have all rare cards, yet haven't got a single Canopy Tactician. Not rocket science to fix this simple bug - it's obviously a missing entry in a database, and yet WOTC is clearly too lazy to fix this.

I stopped playing a couple weeks ago. The shuffler rigging is hard to say for sure but it feels like rigged, however the play/draw is blatant. It can’t be statistically off for so many people, and it clearly is not pure random. You don’t get 10x coin flips heads so consistently for so many people.
Best case scenario it’s a bug. Worst case it’s manipulation. Either way I’m not coming back until WOTC decisively confirms it isn’t rigged, with credible evidence and explanation.
