    After having the same issue I believe it is something to do with purchasing or receiving a "alt card" in a store bundle or an event that you already had. Support will update your tickets as solved, but not tell you what this means as nothing is fixed in the end....

    Same issue. No resolution. Gold and gem usage doesn't work on any daily deals or level ups for season. Not Shure yet on events entries.

    Yes. Same issue with everything that requires purchases with gems or gold. Can't enter events, purchase limited deals such as card sleeves or alt card styles. Nothing works on my end to fix issue. Same error "Store error" "Internal error".
