    Dear Banoon,

Although those effects aren't bound to the token, they are bound to the card "Scale the heights".
Since scale the heights will have no legal target, it will never resolve, thus none of the effects happen.

Hope this helps! For any other questions please comments. If this helped resolve the ticket please consider closing it.

    With kind regards,

    Rovado

    Dear NeonNytrox,

This is working as intended. Loyalty gets added (or removed) before the ability resolves.
To be more specific, rule 606.4: The cost to activate a loyalty ability of a permanent is to put on or remove from that permanent a certain number of loyalty counters, as shown by the loyalty symbol in the ability’s cost. This cost may be modified by other effects.

Because it counts as a cost, it is deducted or added before the ability triggers.

    Hope this helps!

    With kind regards, Rovado

    Dear NoseFlautist,

Please note that DeathTouch states :Any amount of damage this deals to a creature is enough to destroy it.
The effect reads "DEALS DAMAGE equal to the creature's power." The power is not relevant anymore. Anything above 0 will be enough to destroy the opposing creature.
    Hope this helps!

    Kind regards,
    Rovado
