    I have the same bug, and I already opened a ticket, was stuck on my previous Platinum rank, after playing many BO3 matches without any ranking advancement.

    So playing ranked standard BO1, I started at platinum 1, after a series of defeats I dropped to platinum 4, then 5-6 additional defeats, and I dropped from Platinum 4 to Gold 1, I don’t know if it’s normal, because if I’m not wrong you be deranked only after the season ending…
