    I have the same problem. If I want to play the game I need reinstall it every time. After the first launch it just starts to crash every time I try to open the client.

    I read that the August 24th patch was supposed to give out those two color decks for old players with the update. If this is correct then I think the issue is related to that. I myself was hit with the black screen bug after the update and I couldn't see whether those decks were claimable or not. If I don't claim the reward immediately, it gets lost very often. Therefore I think what happened was that these decks were rewarded the first time I logged in and I couldn't claim them due to another bug.

    So to actually to fix this WOTC should give out code that works for accounts older than August 24th which would allow them to claim all those decks that they were supposed to have.
