    Good Evening, In the last days I have played a lot of standard ranked game and won the majority of these (30-40). My rank have never improved, is always Bronze 0.
    The situation is blocked for weeks. I can't use event and can't access to the prizes I would have earned by rank.
    If the problem can't be fixed yet I ask a refund of these prizes.

    10 days from the problem.
    7 days to have the first answer from customer service.
    I am a new player. Rank system never worked for me.
    Bad bad bad start for my experience with this platform/product...
