    Three months dealing with this bug, and they FINALLY fix it and then basically sweep it under the rug. No compensation for the people it affected. Disgraceful.

    Same problem. Messaged customer support and they added my vote to a topic with 5 votes from 2 years ago. Customer support must be spread real thin right now. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

    Stuck in bronze 0 with no rank gain. I sent them a support ticket and they just added my vote to a topic on the forum from 2 years ago. Hope this gets fixed soon.
