    apparently it's been like this for a while and it looks like they won't acknowledge us that are stuck, as far as I know they haven't even mentioned it anywhere that they're going to fix it

    no matter what I do I cannot seem to rank up from bronze tier 0, not even during the new season
    missing on rewards is pretty annoying and I don't see myself playing regular matches for the rest of this game's life. you must fix this

    yep, can't rank up and stuck at tier 0 as well as everybody else... this sucks!
    played at least 15 standard ranked matches today and the game mocks me by saying "you must play at least one match this season to receive your season rewards"
    what's the point if I can't progress?
