It's true that it is a may ability, but Sparky always uses the trigger to fight, even if the creature's stats are way higher than 4/4. I've played many, many games against the Green deck and Sparky never turns down an opportunity to use the ability. Maybe this is the only situation where the AI actually behaves intelligently?
