How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

cannot change deck format bug
Cannot change format of deck in the deck builder.

2) go to change format

All my companions are missing when I try to make a new deck.

Cannot change deck type Format and cannot change Companion in Deck Builder
With the latest updates for the PC version of the app/client from this week (Sunday Jan 5, 2026 - Saturday Jan 10, 2026), I cannot change the deck Format on any deck in the deck builder. The drop down menu is hiding behind the deck stats on the left side of the screen. Also, I cannot change the Companion in the deck builder. All of the non-default Companion options are gone from the left side of the screen.

Brawl Deck being marked invalid due to containing mutiple copies of Nazgul
New issue as of july 8th 2025. Brawl deck is flagged as invalid, removing the extra 8 copies of Nazgul makes the deck register as working.

Cannot choose a different Companion when editing a deck
When editing a deck, in the screen where I can choose Avatars, Companions, and Card Sleeves, when I click on the Companions button, only my existing Companion is listed. I cannot see any of my other collected Companions. My only option is to go back to the previous screen.

nazgul brawl
Client invalidate Brawl decks with more copies of the same card as the cards express (es. : Nazgul, Rat colony)

Companion list unavailable
After the last update (2026.54.40.5293.1221064), I'm suddenly unable to select a companion for my decks. The list of companions is blank (although I have like 12+ unlocked companions), only the preselected companion is visible. I'm playing on Android app.

Got the wrong packs in Lorwyn Mastery
The Mastery Pass gave me 3 Edge of Eternities packs instead of Lorwyn packs. If you can credit me the Lorwyn packs, that would be awesome! I'm pretty stoked on this set :D

Deck builder won't let me save deck due to sideboard bug
Deck builder says I can't save a deck with more than 15 cards in sideboard even when the side deck has less than 15 cards. It forces me to go down to 7 cards in the sideboard to save. This is for a standard deck.

companion bug
I cannot see my pets when I try to change a companion for a deck. I'm stuck with my past picks and the default companion for my new decks.

Hide Alchemy from Set Collection
Allow players to hide Alchemy sets within collection. I'm sure I'm not alone in not being interested in collecting those and I'd be much more interested fin completing the other sets if my collection looked neater...

Draft deck stuck on details
After drafting Avatar, I clicked on the deck details page to see what my average mana value is. From that screen, every time I try to exit back to deck building, it pops up the window to rename my deck. The only way to exit from deck construction is to go to another menu (ie home, decks, store, etc) and discard the changes that I made

Mastery pass wrong packs awarded at level 4
Hi I completed level 4 of mastery pass, and instead of Lorwyn packs, I received Edge of Eternities packs.

Lorwyn Mastery pack containing wrong cards
Bought the Mastery pass for Lorwyn Eclipsed, received what looked like 3 Lorwyn Eclipsed packs (granted for level 4), but they contained cards from Edge of eternities instead???

Hare Apparent
You cannot play with more than 1 Hare Apparent in Brawl now.

'Select Companion' list is empty
Per the screenshot, there are no companions found in the Select Companion list.
This occurs regardless if building a new deck or editing an existing one.
I have attached a screenshot showing that I do indeed own various companions.

Missing Companions
After updating to latest version, when attempting to customize a deck, all my companions are missing. Any workarounds or other ideas?

Can't return to my deck from deck detail page in Sealed deck building
I'm currently playing an Avatar BO1 Sealed on my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G FE and the following issue came up:
During deck building I switched to the deck detail page to see how many creature and spells I had in the deck and how the colors were distributed. From there I couldn't return to the deck building page. Whenever I tap the return button it opens the deck name changing window.
