   I am having this same issue. SOMETIMES (less than 20%) one player out of 3 or 4 gets credit for completing the level but typically none of us do. Most of us do get to keep the loot and the XP but sometimes 1 or 2 of us don't even get that. 3 of us are playing on XSX and 1 of us is on an XBOX One. I can't believe this hasn't been addressed. It is a game breaking bug for us and is totally killing what is otherwise a fun experience.
