    I also just encountered this issue in a premier draft.
    Flashed in a Waxen Shapethief to get a copy of my Elvish Refueler which was about to die, to keep the combo alive which I had with a Stampeding Scurryfoot. But I could not activate the Stampeding Scurryfoot any longer and therefore had to concede the game :(

    I was having problems with urgent necropsy as well, two different ones in the same cube draft.
    First I had enough mana cost in my grave yard to kill a planeswalker and a token but it did not let me do that and then skipped the turn. The turn after it worked, but then the planeswalker had created a second token which probably cost me the game.
    Now while I was thinking about how I could get enough in my graveyard to kill an emrakul, the card was cast without me clicking on it and decided to destroy my own 8/8 token without asking me about it ??!!
    The card seems completely unplayable this way at the moment to me. I'll side it out now.
