Same issue. It seems to only happen using colorless Historic Brawl decks. I’ve tried changing cards, and commanders (Kozilek, Karn Living Legacy), but to no avail.

Same situation. Witness Protection on Ashaya, turned her into a Legitimate Businessperson with no abilities, but all my opponent’s creatures were still lands. Even after stealing it with Coerced to Kill, it still turned my creatures into lands, and when that was removed it continued to make my opponent’s creatures into lands again.
