   I have the same problem since today on both of my platforms Win 10 and android.
   I've already checked different networks, deleted local files, new installation, diferent routers, and internet prociders. Problem is still there. Problem was gone for like 30 minutes during the day, without me doing anything at that time, after that was again back.
   All the time servers status on website shows no problems.
