    This issue happened again. On 4/17/23, I achieved Platinum Tier 3 in Constructed. On 4/22/23, after losing my last rank in Tier 3, I was demoted to Platinum Tier 4.

    The error seems to be linked to restarting the iOS app after an error occurs or after it hangs. The restart seems to reset the variable that indicates whether a rank has been achieved by the player or granted by the system at the end of the previous season.

    Please note the timestamped images that I’ve attached indicating the rank demotion.
