   Im experiencing the same issue. iOS. Preorder purchased, claim screen appears on every log-in/everytime I open the app but won't actually claim. Closing app and relaunching does nothing. Log out and relog does nothing. Reinstalling app from scratch does nothing.
   Filed as a problem with the order and support just directed me to reinstall the app/post the bug here and closed my ticket.
