   I doubt anyone from support will see this, but I also experienced this bug. I was unable to cast the Petty Theft half of Brazen Borrower on an opponent's creature when the creature didn't have Hexproof or Protection from Blue or anything else that would prevent me from casting it.

   I've captured my game log if that helps
