After attempting to open the game, loading is stuck in the "Checking for active matches" screen, and does not load the game.

This problem happened to me again, and Fishlock#46545 suggestion resolved.
Although customer support was swift in responding and attempting to address my concerns, it is sad the we have to resort to suggestions provided by other players, instead of having the technical team personally address these issues.
Hopefully this bug wil be corrected soon, as this is clearly a critical and game-breaking bug that locks the players out of their accounts permanently!
