    I have some really good games with some very respectful players who don't give up.

    when I put someone at 1 hp and I have 150 hp and they still nearly beat me, (or they do)

    why can't I just add them as a friend?

    A system that helps prevent toxicity spreading while at the same time also prevents friendship spreading seems to have a very cold and mechanical feel to it. Please don't just copy hearthstone, how many times do you play competitive or friendly MTG with real people and just wear paper masks on and never talk?
