    If you cast a spell "without paying its mana cost," you can't choose to cast it for any alternative costs. You can, however, pay additional costs, such as kicker costs.

  2. Cards that have warp can’t be cast for there warp cost with memorial vault.

    You can only cast a card using the warp cost if it is cast from your hand.
