this wasnt a bug. today they added alchemy versions of both the one ring and orcish bowmasters from the lotr pack in which they changed what they do(1ring got a 1 colorless mana activation cost and bowmasters lost their come into play ping+token effect but still has card draw one). the ones you got from the screen today were the alchemy versions as you already had the base versions of the cards. they were not banned so you dont get wildcards since you can technically still have both versions usable just in different formats.
