    This is still happening for me as well across all platforms I use:

    - MacBook Pro (Apple M1 Pro on Ventura 13.0.1)
    - iPad Pro
    - Galaxy S Ultra '22

    I have experienced a similar error when using Inspiring Sanctuary. I play a vampire deck and tapped a blood token to pay the generic side of Deadly Dispute's mana cost. I then went to sacrifice that same blood token to pay the additional cost on Deadly Dispute, but Arena would not let me do so. I am not aware of a rule that would preclude this action.
