    This only just became a problem for me recently. I summitted a customer service request to wizards and they said "We are aware of the issue and treating it as a high-priority to fix. Unfortunately at this time we do not have an update or ETA on when this will be fixed." So basically not much. I gotta think that if this has ben a problem they have been hearing about for years they kinda just don't care at this point.
