How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Quest not progressing

    My daily quests have simply stopped progressing when I was almost done with them. Please Wizards, I would really like this extra gold since it's the last day before the new set.

  2. Cards changing during drafts

    During my first SNC draft, I picked a Psychic Pickpocket P1P4. However, what showed up in my pool was a Brokers Veteran. I figured I had just misclicked.

    However, after completing the draft and building my deck, I encountered a server error and had to build my deck again. This time, the Psychic Pickpocket was in my pool, and the Brokers Veretan was not.

    Parsing my logs with 17Lands.com (attached), I see two separate draft pools. This was pretty bizarre, it may have affected my picks but I'm mostly concerned about the integrity of the draft format.

    Despite winning 3 games in Starter Deck Duel mode with the Black and White deck it did not show up in my Starter Decks.

    It's supposed to be historic pauper, per the announcement, but it only allows Standard pauper decks and rejects a deck which contains only commons (many of which are historic and not standard)

  7. Basic Lands in Sealed

    In MOM: Sealed, when you try to filter by lands it only brings up battles. When I type "T:land" it also only shows battles. The auto land feature added lands to my deck when I built the deck at the beginning, but after playing 2 games I would like to change my deck around and I can't change the land types.

    I've seen some other posts on the /magicarena subreddit, but I just wanted to bring it to your attention through the official website. Please address ASAP so we can continue in the event!

  10. Ninjas’s Kunai bug

    I lost a standard event match against the Ninja Kunai card. The card had to sacrifice itself and deal 3 damage, instead it sacrificed all of the opponent's permanents and took all my life points from me.

  11. Bug in Sealed event deck building

    Can’t search for lands when building deck for MOM sealed event. Clicking the lands filter only brings up battles. Playing on iPhone.

  13. DMU Premier Draft Disappeared

    I had an Premier Draft in progress. When I opened the client to continue it, a screen popped up showing me 100 Gems and a DMU pack. The Premier Draft option for DMU is missing from the client and I cannot continue the draft. I would like a refund of the entry fee. I have screenshots, but for some reason this feedback tool won't let me upload any of them. PNG and JPG are both unsupported?

  14. MoM pre order bundels is stil lockt and keep giving my tokens but dont give them

  15. Convoke Bug

    I was playing a premier draft and even though I had the creatures to cast a convoke spell (aerial boost), arena skipped my opportunity to cast it as I was blocking with my creatures. This caused me to lose a creature and most likely the game.

    I blocked with two creatures on the battlefield, Kithkin Billyrider and Progenitor Exarch with the intention on casting aerial boost on the Billyrider. Arena skipped my turn to cast a spell before damage resolved.

  16. Unable to choose second pack: Jumpstart: Jump In!

    I played a few games of the jumpstart event, Jump In!. On my third deck choice, I was able to choose my first packet, but not my second.

    On the packet selection screen, it showed that I had chosen the "Warriors" packet as "Packet 1" and the "Rock and Roll" pack as "Packet 2" but still requested I choose a packet. I tried choosing again, and it showed "Packet 3" over "Elves", and again I selected the other packet, "Roiling", and it showed "Packet 4". No resolution would get me out of the screen and into games, so I exited.

  17. Flywheel Racer Bug

    Hi,
    I was doing a draft of MOM, but there was a bug with the card Flywheel Racer, preventing me from tapping it for mana. This caused me to lose some games as well as generally not give me a good time.
    I'd like to ask for a reimbursement of 1500 gems so I can give it another go.

  18. Incorrect number of card styles rewarded for Yawning Portal

    I have played in a number of the Yawning Portal Events, and twice when losing I only recieved 1 card style, despite the rewards showing I should have recieved 2. Ultimatly I am missing 2 card styles.
